Steps to Create a New Job for Expenditure Insights

The Expenditure Insights target type is used to schedule automated cloud cost analysis. When selected, the system runs expenditure insight jobs at the defined schedule, enabling regular monitoring of spending trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities without manual effort.

Steps to Configure:

1. Enter a unique Job Name to identify the scheduled task.
2. Select CRON as the Trigger Type to define the execution schedule. Or Select Rule to use a predefined rule created in the CSPM > Alert Rules section.
3. Specify the Cron Schedule using the supported cron format to set when the job should run or If Rule is selected, specify the Rule ID to associate the job.
4. Select Expenditure Insights as the Target to enable automated cost analysis.
5. Click Add Job to save and activate the scheduler or click Close to cancel.
