Budget Manager

Budget Table:
A table displaying information about all created budgets with the following columns:
ID: Unique identifier for the budget.
Budget Name: Name of the budget.
Amount: Budgeted amount.
Description: Short description of the budget.
Account IDs: The accounts associated with the budget.
Period: Duration for which the budget applies.
Actions: Buttons for updating or deleting the budget.
Create Budget:
A button opens a modal to create a new budget.
Modal fields to be filled:
- Budget Name
- Budget Period
- Budget Amount
- Description
- Email ID
- Account(s) to apply the budget
Update: A button allows users to update details for an existing budget.
Delete: A button to delete an existing budget from the Budget Table.
